The floating chair video on YouTube

The floating chair doesnโ€™t have the conventional four legs to support the chair. Instead, it t provides corresponding ropes at the four feet and the middle position so that no matter where the chair is under pressure, it can be supported by the ropes at that position to keep the seat suspended. This method makes the seat not completely fixed but has relative movement space. It is very stable and will not collapse in any direction.

Questioning:

Can we use the same method in defining organization rules?

Associating:

The seat is like the organization, the rope is like the rules within the organization. Instead of having fixed organization rules at each angle, like the conventional chair with four fixed legs, we can define a necessary number of flexible rules to cover all the possible situations, like the ropes at each necessary position,ย to give the organization more flexibility and with fewer constraints.
